Alex Zivojinovich (* 27. August 1953 in Fernie, British Columbia, Kanada), besser bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen Alex Lifeson, ist ein kanadischer Musiker. Er ist Gründungsmitglied und Gitarrist der Rockband Rush.
